| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The Kindergarten capacity is based on the use of Room 103: (20), with the alternate space of Room 102: (20),the Gym (20) and Room 101: (20). |
| This program is licensed to operate before and after school and on P.A days and school holidays from September to June. |

| Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch is forgotten. |
| The gymnasium may only be used by one age group either 20 JK/SK or 30 SA, at any one time, unless the divider is fully in place and this allows one group to use each side simultaneously. |
Director's Approval

| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: School Age (30): 6 children and JK/SK (20): 4 children. |
