| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Within the existing capacity of the child care, the operator may provide an alternate program for 20 Kindergarten children in Preschool Room 3 when enrolment allows. |
| The operator shall ensure that the plan to replace/repair the rotting wood on the door of the outdoor storage shed and the wood at the bottom of the shed will be completed on or before April 30, 2015 as per submitted plan. |
| The Preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 1 for 16 children, Room 2 for 16 children and Room 3 for 20 children. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (15): 3 children and Preschool (16): 3 children and Kindergarten (20) : 4 children. |
