| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator to maintain a daily maintenance log that includes all maintenance issues, plan of action and date that work was completed. The written record is to be retained on premise and available for ministry review. |
| Within the licensed capacity Preschool three program room (16 children) is licensed to operate an alternate capacity of 15 toddler children. The operator is to submit a written transition plan prior to the change in age group occurring which includes verification of play materials and furnishings, staffing and programming. |
