| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator to develop and maintain a daily maintenance log that includes all maintenance issues, plan of action and date that work was completed. The written record is to be retained on premise and available for ministry review. |
| The operator shall develop and submit a written transition plan to the ministry on or before January 5, 2015 for the meal and rest time routine. The plan is to include increased monitoring and a staff personal learning plan to support child to staff interaction and supervision.
