| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure the daily monitoring of cleanliness, sanitization and condition of toys and equipment for each program room and outdoor area is completed. A written record of the daily monitoring is to be retained on premise and available for ministry review. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Infants (10):N/A, Toddlers(15):3 Children, Preschool(16):3 Children. |
