| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator is to maintain a daily maintenance and safety inspection log. The log shall include a daily review of the storage of cleaning materials, other hazardous items and any maintenance issues within all areas of the child care centre and outdoor playground area. The written log is to include who completed the daily inspection, all maintenance and safety items, a record of action taken, plan of action if applicable and date completed. A written record is to be retained on premise and available for ministry review. |
| The operator shall develop and submit a written plan to the Ministry on or before September 11, 2015 to demonstrate increased monitoring of all staff within each program room which includes the frequency of the monitoring and the person who will be responsible. Written evidence of the monitoring, observations and reflection for each staff person, pertaining to staff and child interactions and programming within the learning environment, child guidance and the promotion of self-regulation is to be retained on premise for the duration of the licence. |
| The operator shall develop and submit a written plan to the Ministry on or before September 11, 2015 to demonstrate staff professional development and training for all staff and supervisors that will be conducted by a third party community agency. The professional development and training is to include staff and child interactions, review and programming within the learning environment, child guidance and self-regulation. Written evidence is to be retained on premise and signed by all staff to show they have completed the professional development training within the term of the licence. |

A written transition plan is to be submitted to the Ministry which includes verification of play materials and furnishings, staffing and programming prior to the change of age grouping occurring. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (15): 3 children and Preschool (16): 3 children. |
