The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
The operator is to ensure that a daily inspection of the premise is conducted. A daily written maintenance and safety log is to be maintained that identifies who conducted the daily inspection, all maintenance and safety items, a plan of action and date completed. A written record is to be retained on premise and available for ministry review. |
The preschool 4 classroom is licensed to operate with the alternate capacity of 15 toddlers. The operator is to submit a written transition plan to the Ministry with verification of staffing, play materials and furnishings and programming prior to the transition occurring. |
The operator to monitor and record the accuracy of attendance records daily. Records of the monitoring and attendance records shall be available for review by ministry staff at all times. |
The operator shall develop a written plan for transitions and supervision plan between program rooms and the outdoor area. The operator shall submit to the ministry on or before May 30, 2015. |

Director's Approval
Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (15): 3 children; Preschool (16): 3 children and JK/SK (20): 4 children. |
