| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the office of the home child care agency. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Home visitor to verify confirmation of providers home insurance during quarterly visits and forward confirmation to MEDU London Regional Program Advisor. |
| By the 5th day of the month the operator shall forward confirmation of fire drills to the MEDU London Regional Program Advisor of identified private home locations until January 2016. |
Director's Approval
| Approval for extended hours and overnight care has been given with the condition that: - Appropriate bedding and a bed suitable to the child's age is provided - The agency must ensure that each approved home has adequate insurance in place for the provision of extended hours and overnight care - Spot checks of the home to be conducted at times when extended hours care is provided. |
