Playcare Early Learning Centre Inc. is a licensed Childcare facility located conveniently in the heart of Vaughan servicing the communities of Thornhill Woods, The Valleys of Thornhill, Upper Thornhill Estates, Richmond Hill, Maple and King City. Ellana Katzberg R.E.C.E founded the "Playcare" program 10 years ago with much success. Playcare is proud to announce the expansion of our program.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| A maximum of 10 children may be on the North playground at any given time. |
| A maximum of 17 children may be on the South playground at any given time. |
