Provides instruction in the traditional martial arts of Shorin-Ryu Karate,Yoshinkan Aikido and Shindo Muso Ryu Jodo. In addition to basic and advanced martial arts skills, each of our disciplines also contains a self-defense component.
We run family / children's classes, as well as adult-only classes, in the evening on Mondays and Thursdays, and on Saturday mornings. Semi-private classes are offered.
