| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The JK/SK capacity is based on the use of Room 109/111 with the alternate space of Room 113. The School Age capacity is based on the use of Room 110 with the alternate space of the Gym. |
Director's Approval
| Director's Approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under S. 55(2) O.Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one age group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: JK/SK (20): 4 children or School Age (30): 6 children. |
