| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Operator shall update the Policy regarding the transportation of children. The Policy shall specify the number of children of each age group per adult; supervision plan for bus/van rides; restraint systems that will be used and other details to ensure the safety and well being of the children. The plan shall consider the developemental needs of the children during transportation. The plan will be forwarded to the Program Advisor for approval. |
| Annually the Operator is to provide written confirmation of compliance with requirements of the Highway Traffic Act, O.Reg. 613 in relation to child seating and restraint systems used for transporting children in a day nursery vehicle. |
