| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| If community parks are used, the equipment must be age appropriate and ratios must be met or exceeded. Safety checks must be conducted and recorded prior to each use. |
| Within the preschool capacity, this centre may operate a JK/SK program for 20 children at a staff to child ratio of 1:10 and/or an SK program for 24 children at a staff to child ratio of 1:12. |
| The school age capacity is based on the use of the silver room and the green room. Where the school age enrollement exceeds 52 children, the operator may use the purple room for up to 8 children at times when the senior kidergarten enrollment allows. |
