The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| This program is licensed to operate Room #4 with 10 Toddler children or with an alternate capacity of 10 JK/SK children or with an alternate capacity of 8 Preschool children. The licensee shall notify the ministry prior to implementing the alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met. |
