| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| No child shall use the playground structure until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards, and, a copy of the written confirmation of CSA compliance has been submitted to the ministry. |
| The alternate age groups have been approved based on the operator's plan reviewed during the licensing inspection. The operator shall notify the ministry prior to implementing the alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met. |
