| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file, at the premises, an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request. |
| Before changes are made to shared space and/or the total capacity for kindergarten and/or school-age children, the operator shall ensure that an up to date shared space confirmation document that is signed by the operator and a school board representative is available on site for Ministry review |
| Room 103 is licensed for a group 23 children, 68 months of age or over as of August 31 of the year and up to and including 12 years of age, until August 31, 2015, when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room 103 is licensed for use by a Primary/Junior School Age group of 30 children and must meet the staff:child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15. |
| Room 104 - 20 children, more than 30 months of age up to and including 5 years of age. The licensed capacity of 20 children,in preschool room 104, is based on the operator reducing the play activity floor space to 620 square feet to meet the 10% window, natural lighting requirement. |

| Director's approval is granted for the shared toddler and preschool playground measuring 1886.50 sq. ft., which serves 20 preschool children and 15 toddler children, provided the operator follows the DNA where these seperate groupings cannot be mixed on the playground. |
| As of August 31, 2015, director approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. |
