| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The Gym may only be utilized by one group of either School Age (30) or Kindergarten (20) at any one time. |
| The Kindergarten and School Age programs are licensed to operate before and after school and on P.A. days and school holidays from September to June. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 101:(20), Room 102:(20) and the alternate space of Room 104: (20), Room 105: (20), Room 106: (20), Room 108: (20), Room 115: (20 and the Gym: (20). |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: School Age (30): 6 children and Kindergarten (20): 4 children. |
