The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The operator shall follow the approved plan to ensure that there are always RECE or Director Approved staff working in the capacity of Program staff at all time
The operator shall follow the approved action plan to ensure that attendance is correct at all times
The operator shall follow the approved plan that ensures that the walls and baseborads will remain in good repair and painted so that they can be washed
The operator shall follow the approved plan to ensure that infant toy cleaning takes place by staff who are not engaged in program time
The operator shall follow the approved plan to ensure that outdoor toys are readily available and age appropriate at all times
The operator shall follow the approved plan of action to ensure that all emergency plans are reviewed before working by new staff and annually for existing staff
The operator shall follow the approved plan to ensure that all staff have an annual review of policies
The operator will keep a daily log of outdoor time for each program room, to ensure that the children are being provided with the two hours of outdoor time, this log will be available for review.
The Operator shall maintain a weekly written record of medications, to ensure that all medications are properly labelled, that will be available for review
The operator shall maintain a monthly written record of Epi-pens and expiry dates that will be available for review
The operator to submit written confirmation within one week of hiring new staff that the staff member’s file has been created, prior to employment, and that it contains all required documentation.
