| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure that the written plan for washroom time is followed. |
| The operator shall confirm to the ministry, in writing, within 90 days of the issuance of this license, that all Early Childhood Educators ( ECEs) or equivelant, who are working in the scope of practise at this centre have registered with the college of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) |
| This program is approved for the alternate capacity of 5 Toddler or 5 preschool (small room) and 24 Preschool children (large room). |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (10): 2 children, Preschool (24): 3 children. |
