| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by May 27, 2015 that full compliance has been achieved for all items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report. |
| The infant licensed capacity is based on the use of Infant Room for 10 children. |
| The toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of Toddler Room 1 for 10 children and Toddler Room 2 for 10 children |
| The preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Preschool Room 1 for 24 children and Preschool Room 2 for 10 children. |
