| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |

| This program is licensed to operate one room with 30 primary/junior school age children with an alternate capacity of 16 half day preschool children when the primary/junior school age children are not present. The alternate age group has been approved based on the licensee's plan reviewed during the licensing visit. |
| All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The licensee is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation, jointly signed by the licensee and a school board representative. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request. |

| This program operates a primary/junior school age program from 7:00AM-9:00AM/3:00PM-6:00PM, Monday-Friday, ten months of the year and a full day primary/junior school age program for July and August. The program also offers a half day preschool program from 9:00AM-11:30AM, Monday-Friday, ten months of the year. |
