The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time.
The toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of the Toddler Room for 10 children.
The preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of the Preschool Room for 24 children.
The primary/junior school age capacity is based on the use of the School Age Room for 30 children and the Gym for 30 children.
The licensee shall submit an action plan to the Ministry by December 1, 2015 that demonstrates how full compliance will be achieved on items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report.
The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by May 27, 2016 that full compliance has been achieved for all itmes identified as "in progress" on the Summary of child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report.
This program is approved for space within the building that includes the upper hall, the gym and the school age classroom.
Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches/snacks which meet Canada’s Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The licensee shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre’s parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bagged lunch is forgotten.

Director's Approval

Director's approval has been granted for children aged 3.8 years of age and up to bring bagged lunches.
Director’s approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
