Today’s Family Early Learning and Child Care is a non-profit, charitable agency serving more than 4000 children (and their parents and caregivers) in Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand and Norfolk and surrounding areas.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator is licensed to provide care for 6 groups of 20 Kindergarten children,and 7 groups of 15 Primary/Junior School children and must meet the staff: child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15. |
| The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| The operator to monitor that the playground inspections have been conducted daily and that the operator's record of monitoring is available to ministry staff for review at all times. |
| All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request |
Director's Approval
| Director's Approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. |
