Today’s Family Early Learning and Child Care is a non-profit, charitable agency serving more than 4000 children (and their parents and caregivers) in Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand and Norfolk and surrounding areas.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 16 and 17 for 20 JK/SK children in each room; and the alternate space of Room 15 for 20 JK/SK children. |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 1 for 25 school age children, Room 4 for 25 school age children and the Gym for 30 school age children. The alternate space of Room 2 is approved for 25 school age children and the Library for 30 school age children. |
| The Gym may be used as alternate space for 60 school age children when the divider is in use to provide space for 30 children per side. |
| The kindergarten and/or school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: JK / SK (20): 4 children and School Age (30): 6 children. |
