| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The program is licensed to operate one room with 16 preschoolers (31 months - 5 years) OR 15 toddlers (18 - 30 months), and another room with 16 preschoolers (31 months - 5 years) OR 16 JK/SK children (44 - 67 months). The alternate capacities have been approved based on the operator's plan reviewed during the licensing inspection. |
| The licensee shall enhance the communication protocols in the centre's summer camp/school age excursion policy. A copy of the enhanced protocol and sign off sheet confirming all employees have reviewed the protocol is to be provided to the ministry by September 30, 2015. |
