| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure adherence to the maximum capacity of the preschool and school age rooms in accordance with the designated spaces defined by placement/use of the partition walls. The preschool group may operate with up to 24 children when the school age group decreases to a maximum of 18 children; the school age group may increase to a maximum of 20 children if the preschool group operates with a maximum of 16 children. |
