The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The licensee to develop and maintain a cleaning log that includes; daily, weekly and monthly duties for all areas of the program. The licensee to monitor and record daily the areas that have been completed, dated and by whom. The written records is also to include any repairs. The record must be retained on premise and sent to the Program Advisor on the 28th of each month.
The Kindergarten room 136 is licenced to operate with 20 Kindergarten children or with an alternate capacity of 16 preschool children. The alternate age group has been approved based on the operator's approved plan. The operator shall notify the ministry prior to implementing the alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met.
The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 104 for 15 children and Room 105(Library) for 15 children.
The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 136 for 20 children.
All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The licensee is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request
Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches/snacks which meet Canada’s Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The licensee shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre’s parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bagged lunch is forgotten

Director’s Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
Director approval has been granted for children aged 3.8 years of age and up to bring bagged lunches.
