The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
No child shall use the playground structure until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structure.
The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of the music room (room 120) and the alternate space of gymnasium ( Room 139) or the library ( Room 135).
The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of room 102 and the alternate space of the gymnasium ( Room 139) or the library ( Room 135).
Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches/snacks which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch/snack is forgotten.
The kindergarten and school age programs are licensed to operate before-and-after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays.

Director's Approval

Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 16 children, 31 months to 5 years, maximum 3 children, may be from the next younger age group.
Director approval has been granted for kindergarten and school age children to bring bag lunches and snacks.
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 20 children (44 -67months ), maximum 4 children, may be from the younger age group.
Director's approval is granted in accordance with s. 22 (b.1) for a playground without fencing for Jr. and Sr. kindergarten children.
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 30 children (68 months - 12 years), maximum 6 children, may be from the younger age group.
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 5 children (18 - 30 months), maximum 1 child, may be from the younger age group, but must be walking and developmentally able to follow the toddler program and schedule.
