| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| No child shall use the playground structure until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structure. |
| The operator shall monitor that the monthly and seasonal inspections has been conducted at least monthly and seasonal. Records of the monitoring and inspections to be sent to the ministry by the 28th of each month. |
| The kindergarten and school age component of this program is licensed to operate after school on school holidays and PA days from September to June. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: JK/SK(20): 4 children, School Age(30): 6 children. |
