The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request.
As of August 31, 2015, the operator is licensed to provide care for one group of 26 Kindergarten children and three groups of 15 Primary/Junior School Age children and must meet the staff: child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15.

Director's Approval

Director’s approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: JK / SK (26): 4 children, School Age (30): 6 children.
As of August 31, 2015, Director’s Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
As of August 31, 2015, director approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group.
A bag lunch policy has been approved for children who are eligible to attend elementary school in the current school year.
