| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The JK/SK and/or School Age program are licensed to operate full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| The JK/SK licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 7 and the school age licensed capacity is based on the use of the library. The Gym has been approved for occasional use by either group. |
| The operator shall submit written verification to the Program Advisor on a quarterly basis that behaviour management monitoring is being completed on staff. |
Director's Approval
| Director approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: JK/SK (20):4, School Age (25):5. |
| Director approval has been granted for when more than the 20% of the group are from the next younger age group, the ratios for the next younger age group must be used. |
