Canada's Best Karate

Our Kids Karate Programs are structured around teaching Life Skills - confidence, self-discipline, concentration, respect - the things your child will need to excel in life.   We feature programs for two separate age groups:

• Novice Karate for 4-5 year olds
• Junior Karate for 6-12 year olds

Self defence is also an element of the training but unlike some schools, Canada's Best Karate kids learn much more beyond the physical aspects through our School Safe / Street Safe Program, such as how to deal with conflict/bullies before it becomes a fight and recognizing unwanted attention from strangers.
