History
For over 40 years, the YMCA of Greater Toronto has provided quality licensed child care programs with exceptionally high standards of care and education meeting or exceeding Provincial and Municipal licensing requirements. . Today we are the largest not for profit provider of Licensed Child Care in Canada with programs for children from infancy to 12 years throughout the GTA. All of our centres open early and close late to fit the schedule of parents and families.
We currently operate:
- More than 250 licensed child care programs
- Programming for infants to 12 years of age
- Programs for children in half day and alternating day kindergarten (full day care is available space permitting during school breaks and P.A. Days)
- Part-time program options in select locations
- Standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
