For over 40 years, the YMCA of Greater Toronto has provided quality licensed child care programs with exceptionally high standards of care and education meeting or exceeding Provincial and Municipal licensing requirements. . Today we are the largest not for profit provider of Licensed Child Care in Canada with programs for children from infancy to 12 years throughout the GTA. All of our centres open early and close late to fit the schedule of parents and families.

| Room 0006 is licensed for a group of 18 kindergarten children until August 31, 2015 when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room 006 is licensed for a group of 26 kindergarten children. |

Director's Approval
| Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Director Approval is granted for the use of a room or area with less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group as set out in the shared space confirmation. |
